Abstract

The objective of this paper is to provide insight into the concepts surrounding the territorial logic and the one linked to sustainability related to Moroccan and Brazilian literature and practical examples related to these two countries. Specifically we will see how countries like Morocco and Brazil are positioning themselves in relation to that use as means of localized production systems (SPL).Then the concept of territorial development started taking place. It is recognized that territorial intelligence, in its metaphorical sense, exists only by virtue of local actors which are vectors of knowledge or expertise that needs to be highlighted.
