CAPACIDADES DINÂMICAS EM COOPERATIVAS: ADAPTANDO-SE AS MUDANÇAS CONTEMPORÂNEAS / Dynamic Capabilities in Cooperatives: Adapting to contemporary changes

Resumo

O presente artigo analisa métodos e técnicas que influenciam na eficiência das cooperativas, as capacidades dinâmicas. Relacionadas as suas atividades rotineiras para prestarem serviços aos seus cooperados e público frente às inovações e adaptação as mudanças contemporâneas. Os resultados confirmam que as capacidades dinâmicas viabilizam práticas significativas para os gerentes e gestores de cooperativas, no fortalecimento da posição na cadeia de valor e aumento da conscientização sobre a resiliência mercadológica. As cooperativas ao adaptar-se as mudanças contemporâneas, desenvolvem uma tipologia de sustentabilidade significativas no desenvolvimento de novos mercados. Assim, as capacidades dinâmicas auxiliam no descarte de recursos obsoletos e inúteis, substituindo-os por novos recursos ou fazendo melhor uso dos existentes. Outra consideração, é que essas capacidades dinâmicas devem ser gradualmente implantadas à medida que as outras se consolidam. Portanto, as capacidades dinâmicas são avanços em uma estrutura multidisciplinar para explicar o desempenho cooperativo a longo prazo.
