REGARDING THE WORK RELATIONSHIP IN BASIC ATTENTION IN MACRO REGION IN PARANÁ WEST

It is aimed analyze the links of the workforce in the health basic attention in the macro-region West of Paraná. This is a descriptive, cross-sectional study, in which the data were collected 2014, using as a source the national register of Health establishments. 7775 links were analyzed. The results indicate most working links protected (82.2) and low multiplicity of links in the basic attention (5.2); most precarious links found in small municipalities 1 (10.6), between top-level workers without health education (48.7) and in the links with weekly hours between one and ten hours (41.7). The results indicate the necessity for support to small businesses, a more active role of the State departments of health and of appreciation of the work and the worker to improve labor relations and encourage the establishment of workers in primary health care.
