ESCOLA REGULAR INCLUSIVA E ESCOLA BILÍNGUE PARA SURDOS: CONTRIBUIÇÕES DA DISCIPLINA DE LIBRAS NA FORMAÇÃO DO FUTURO PROFESSOR

Resumo:Este texto realiza uma discussão sobre escola regular inclusiva e escola bilíngue para urdos.Busca contribuir para a formação de professores nos cursos de licenciaturas na Universidade, a partir da inclusão da disciplina de Libras nos currículos. A discussão está pautada naquilo que determinam os documentos nacionais e os movimentos internacionais em torno da inclusão de alunos com necessidades educacionais especiais na educação básica regular, assegurando as condições necessárias para uma educação de qualidade para todos. Os estudos foram organizados por intermédio de pesquisa bibliográfca e documental e as discussões estão organizadas em dois momentos, a saber: primeiro discute sobre as políticas de inclusão e a regulamentação da disciplina de Libras nos cursos de licenciaturas nas universidades e, na sequência, sobre o ensino de Libras e a constituição do sujeito surdo. Os estudos apontaram que um novo cenário se desenhou na educação dos surdos, a partir das últimas décadas do século XX. Contudo, é preciso considerar que tanto a Educação Regular Inclusiva para Surdos e Ouvintes, quanto a Educação Bilíngue para Surdos e Ouvintes, são processos em construção e que muitas coisas ainda precisam ser realizadas para que os objetivos da educação dos surdos sejam contemplados plenamente.
