ABORDAGENS METODOLÓGICAS VIGENTES PARA A EDUCAÇÃO PERMANENTE EM SAÚDE: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA

A pesquisa explorou a produção científica existente no período
de 2005 a 2016, com o intuito de analisar como a educação em
saúde é ofertada aos profissionais da área em diversos países
e quais são as metodologias de ensino-aprendizagem mais
recorrentemente utilizadas. Para o estudo, utilizou-se dos mecanismos
de seleção das sete etapas da revisão integrativa de
literatura, executada na plataforma Web of Science. Dos 348
artigos selecionados, 46 enquadravam-se ao objetivo proposto
após aplicação dos critérios de inclusão/exclusão. Os achados
evidenciaram que os aspectos qualitativos da educação permanente
são preocupação recorrente das pesquisas selecionadas.
Tratando do que é produzido como metodologia para
o ensino-aprendizagem dos profissionais e estudantes desta
grande área, compreende-se que a tendência, baseada nesta
amostra, é a disseminação progressiva de ações promotoras
da educação permanente, permitindo uma profunda interação
entre ensino e serviço.
