FETICHISMO E ALIENAÇÃO NO TRABALHO DO PROFESSOR PESQUISADOR

O presente artigo objetiva mostrar como o mecanismo da alienação incide nas práticas universitárias de professores pesquisadores. Analisamos que, a alienação, por vezes, contida
nas práticas universitárias, nem sempre é reconhecida no processo de produção científica, por motivos que vão desde o reconhecimento ou status acadêmico à necessidade de complementação financeira por meio de projetos de pesquisa, bolsas produtividade, participações em bancas, entre outros. A análise aqui pretendida busca evidenciar as pressões que incidem sobre os professores pesquisadores. Tentamos compreender como as relações dos processos de produção na sociedade capitalista aos poucos vão redefinindo o trabalho dos
docentes nas universidades públicas. Pretendemos um diálogo que busca elucidar o possível “seqüestro da subjetividade” envolvida na produção científica de professores pesquisadores na
universidade pública brasileira, a partir do modelo de avaliação da Capes, incidindo diretamente nas práticas universitárias, criando consequentemente uma nova cultura universitária.
