Transcrição parcial da entrevista com Ana Maria (Nita) Araújo Freire, realizada remotamente em 9 de fevereiro de 2021. O intuito da entrevista foi o de comentar a obra publicada pela autora sobre a biografia de Paulo Freire (“Paulo Freire – Uma história de Vida”), para sua transmissão parcial durante as Rodas de Conversa Paulo Freire 2021 – Fortalecendo Elos entre Educação e Serviço Social, Curso de Extensão oferecido pelo Grupo de Pesquisa Trabalho, Educação e Discriminação – TEDis, em seis encontros virtuais desenvolvidos ao longo do ano. Filha de educadores, a intelectual pernambucana casou-se em segundas núpcias em 1988 com Paulo Freire. A profa. Ana Maria (Nita) Araújo Freire é mestre e doutora em Educação pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC/SP). Como sucessora legal da obra do Patrono da Educação Brasileira, Ana Maria (Nita) Araújo Freire contribuiu a traduzir e divulgar os livros publicados em vida, e publicou seus livros inéditos após o falecimento. Organizou, documentou e publicou uma detalhada biografia do Patrono da Educação Brasileira.Downloads
