FORMAÇÃO DE EDUCADORES: IMPLICAÇÕES HISTÓRICAS DO NEOLIBERALISMO - IDEOLOGIA E CONSCIÊNCIA

Nossa pesquisa buscou aprofundar o tema da formação de educadores numa sociedade de classes com base nos conceitos de ideologia e consciência como categorias a serem apreendidas pelos educadores. Desta forma buscamos contribuir para a reflexão de educadores, objetivando a apropriação dos conteúdos necessários à emancipação humana e do trabalho. Nesta perspectiva nos baseamos no Materialismo Histórico e na Teoria Históricocultural como elementos fundantes para a compreensão da análise que realizamos, tendo as propostas neoliberais como discurso oficial nas diretrizes pedagógicas e que influem consubstancialmente na formação de educadores. Identificamos uma orientação pragmática, instrumentalizadora, ideológica e fomentadora dos discursos oficiais neoliberais e das práticas vazias referenciadas por um debate despolitizador baseado na falsa premissa da neutralidade científica. Neutralidade esta que intenta caracterizar o educador como um ser a-político descontextualizado da realidade, quando em verdade, esta formação deformadora, o transforma em mero reprodutor educacional, ideológico e cultural dos valores neoliberais.Downloads
