A partir do conto intitulado “Mãe, o cacete”, de autoria de Ivana Arruda Leite, pretende-se aprofundar o estudo de uma tensão muito peculiar à experiência das mulheres na sociedade contemporânea e na sociedade brasileira. A idéia principal que aparece durante a leitura do conto é a comparação entre o que seria o ideal de mãe e o que realmente ocorre nessa relação, na visão da personagem. O conto, ao abordar um tema considerado tabu, expõe e nos permite pensar, principalmente, a situação de mulheres que são mães na atualidade. O artigo está organizado pelo desenvolvimento de temas correlacionados em seções, de modo a evidenciar a relação literatura e sociedade.Downloads
