Os problemas colocados pelas novas formas de organização do trabalho no mundo contemporâneo constituem um horizonte de referência dentro do qual é possível acompanhar, em planos homólogos, diferentes representações da sociedade e do trabalho compreendidas como representações da noção de totalidade, estas formulações podem ser visualizadas através da idéia de totalidade sistêmica e totalidade dinâmica e aberta, ambas cristalizadas na figura da globalização, na idéia de comunidade global, que, paradoxalmente, concebe a totalidade através de unidades transitórias, plurais e heterogêneas.Downloads
