O aprendizado do trabalho coletivo como qualificador da formação de professores

Apresentam-se reflexões sobre o trabalho coletivo a partir de uma experiência de pesquisa realizada em Cursos de Formação de Professores contrastando com as propostas encontradas nos Projetos Pedagógicos dos Cursos. Discute-se a percepção de professores e alunos sobre trabalho coletivo e trabalho integrado estabelecendo-se as suas distinções e, por fim, defende-se a adoção do trabalho coletivo como possibilidade de uma educação emancipatória, ancorada na auto-organização e na participação dos sujeitos no processo.
