Desarrollamos en este artículo aspectos vinculados a experiencias educativas “DE” y “PARA” trabajadores llevadas a cabo por trabajadores/as de la universidad pública en espacios y escenarios de unidad con otros/as trabajadores/as. Las mismas se enmarcan en un proyecto de extensión universitaria que se fundamenta en la perspectiva gramsciana en tanto referente que enfatiza la enorme importancia de la formación política de los trabajadores y cuya mirada respecto de la educación y la cultura resulta de enorme valor para nuestros contextos. Recuperamos debates vigentes en NuestrAmérica, aportes de referentes como José Carlos Mariátegui, en torno a la educación de los trabajadores, quien legara debates de un inagotable valor teórico. Indagamos también en la concepción de autogestión que nos sirvió de criterio de construcción. Autogestión, unidad y solidaridad de clase, han dado lugar a una praxis que se funda en nuestra historia social y en la necesidadhistórica de transformación social.
