Abstract

The objective of this article is reflecting the experience with teaching education. It recognize the importance of research the school reality and the teachers needs. We use techniques of observation in classroom, document analyses and interviews with pupils and teachers. It was found to need some discuss about “assessment” to focus the theoretical and practices difficulties of teachers. We check a strong resistance of teachers with the proposal what take us to think about how improve the teaching practices in that school. Therefore, although the work was made in a preliminary way, we did it same important analisys about the school organization and the difficulties the teachers meet everyday in classroom.
