Abstract

In these last years, we have been developing a profitable experience with the teachers' formation of the Childlike Education and 1st year of the Basic Teaching. But, it was in the year of 2010, that we tune the proposal of formation as a result of the necessity of forming teachers who come to think about his practice itself, in expectation of which the reflection will be an instrument of development of the thought and of the action. Donald Schön was undoubtedly, one of the authors that had bigger weight in the diffusion of the concept of reflection and who contributed to popularize and to spread the theories out to the field of the teachers' formation on the epistemologia of the practice. And, it was bent in this theory for that we looked to carry out the continued formation of teachers of the childlike education and 1st year of the Basic Teaching of the Net of Municipal Teaching of Londrinar. So, they participated of this proposal of continued formation: 850 teachers of CEIs and CMEIs who attend children from 0 to 5 years; 340 teachers of Here 6 who attend 5-year-old children and 430 teachers of 1st year of the municipal net of Londrina.
