Abstract

This bibliographic work, aims to propose a reflection on the training of critical Professional. The article discusses the theoretical and practical elements that are meant to regulate educational issues, specifically, of pedagogues training courses. The teaching is a matrix relevant in their understanding, especially when considering the educational work. This result of the research was developed, based on a literature review in the light of some authors, such as: Franco (2008), Freire (1987), Franco; Libâneo; Pimenta (2007), Libâneo (2002), Kuenzer (2002), Paro (1990), Pimenta; Lima (2004), Saviani (1991). The study of the education teacher can assist in establishing a new order and pedagogical intervention of reality with regard to their practice and their training.  To play with that the school fulfills its true role is not so simple thus, depends on a work of partnership between professors, pedagogical team and community in general. The study of pedagogy course for teachers’ education  helped for a significant rethinking on teaching, providing a pedagogical pratice of  reflections and enlarging knowledge on the topic.
