Educação e chatbots: aprendência e movimentos rizomáticos em tempos de Web 4.0

This article delves into the utilization of chatbots in the processes of learning, seeking to address the following inquiry: building upon previously published research, what pedagogical experiences can be proposed to effectively integrate chatbots into the educational realm, encouraging learners to purposefully harness artificial intelligence in their educational journey? Drawing upon the works of Gilles Deleuze and Félix Guattari, in addition to Hugo Assmann and other prominent theorists, this qualitative, exploratory, and descriptive research aims to contemplate the rhizomatic construction of knowledge in light of the advancements in collective intelligences that encompass the interaction between human beings and artificial intelligence. As an outcome, a proposition is put forth for integrating ChatGPT into the teaching of the academic summary genre to higher education students, a component of the Portuguese Language curriculum. This proposal delineates pathways for educators to seamlessly incorporate AI into the scholastic routine, progressively progressing towards transdisciplinary, cross-cutting interactions in the educational landscape.
