Estudio de factibilidad para el fortalecimiento, de un Centro Integral de Estética y Belleza, pymes de Ciudad del Este, basado en las buenas prácticas del PMI

Abstract
The general objective of the present study was; Evaluate the feasibility of strengthening a Comprehensive Beauty and Aesthetics Center in the Pablo Rojas neighborhood of Ciudad del Este, based on the good practices of the PMI; The specific objectives were: To carry out an analysis of the internal and external environment of the Comprehensive Center for Aesthetics and Beauty Art and Style SPA; Determine the existing supply and demandin image services and styles with aesthetic specialties and Design the implementation of a strategic management plan for the Comprehensive Center for Aesthetics and Beauty based on the good practices of the PMI. The type of research was descriptive, with a non-experimental design and a mixed approach; For data collection, a bibliographic review and an online survey were carried out on the sample of the population under study, which consisted of 384 people, mostly from the female sector, including employees and entrepreneurs from Ciudad del Este. For the design of the Management Plan, tools proposed by the PMI® have been used. Among the most important results, the following can be highlighted: the characteristics of the internal and external environment of Centro Integral were identified, making it possible to create strategies based on the four points of the SWOT.
