This Dossier intends to promote the publication of unprecedented scientific works (articles, reviews and analytical reports) that deal with training, management and performance practices, developed by teachers in Basic and Higher Education, by undergraduate and graduate students from the different areas of knowledge, with critical sociocultural approaches to different training processes, based on contemporary multi-referential, pluricultural and interdisciplinary concepts. After all, current educational challenges require innovative political-pedagogical practices, understood here as those that break with the paradigms of technical rationality, based on disciplinary logic and transmission of dogmatized content.
