Abstract

This article presents the results of a survey that is being developed in the Professional Masters Program in Education at the State University of Mato Grosso do Sul, and performs an analogy between the Parable of the Sower and the profession of educator. That parable has a metaphorical language and was chosen to establish a relationship with the teacher education currently held in our schools. Thinking about the fruits that could be harvested, we opted search how is the organization of continuous training of teachers of the schools in the City Full Time Network Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul, research locus. This article will bring a part of the story of the experiment performed in this institution, as it is considered a model for continuing education of teachers working in it. The research is ongoing and in this article we present data gathered, as well as reports of methodological approach, whose approach is qualitative with accounts of life histories, with the narrative of the participants of continuing education teachers seeking to understand the importance of this training for the development of teaching practices of these professionals. Is divided into topics, starting with the characterization of the imposition and continued training on, passing through the methodology being used in research, data analysis, reflection on the data collected until we get to harvest. The continuing education of teachers in the Schools Full time is essential for improving the quality of teaching practice in the educational process of the students.
