Abstract

The present article has for objective in the distance to display and to analyze the national politics for teaching formation. For this the System was selected Open University of Brazil, launched in 2005, for the Ministry of the Education and State-owned companies. After the study of System UAB, we can observe that two actions are emphasized. In first place, the teaching formation is ece of to situate as with priority and urgent - in accordance with kit legal, of Law N. 9394/96 - being basic and essential the use of the Technologies of the Information and Communication. In according to place, the partnership between public and private sector is incensed, to combine with the orientation of International Organism’s (OI) that they stimulate the formation of the professor it are of the university and, preferential, in service, to reduce time and costs. We conclude in such a way, that with the projection of the EAD, by means of the UAB, complete plus a picture of the reform of the State and the education in our country, where if it removes the formation of the professor of the university in the traditional molds, forming with “theoretical aligeiramento”, by means of individual and despolitizada learning. With this the expenses with public superior education are diminished and form a type of professional to constitute a type of worker who the capital needs. To finish, one spreads and one becomes naturalized it so use of the TIC, extending its commerce and increasing the profits longed for by the entrepreneurs of the area, who see in the EAD a very income-producing quota.
