Abstract

This article discusses the issues related to school feeding at the border. The objective is to discuss how the place changes and continuities of eating habits after migration and how to build eating habits in children of migrant families students. Expected to understand the eating habits of iguaçuenses students in the anthropological context of the triple border and identify the ethnic influences that print eating habits of different people living in the region. This is a bibliographic review of publications that contribute to defining food anthropology of Foz students and recognize the elements that imply the food ethnocentrism. Reflection helps to rethink the development practices of school meals in the triple border.
