Abstract

This work presents a reflection upon our experience as teacher, about the possibility of deconstruction of stereotyping and prejudice in a Theater Education process centered in the Theater Games system. Through a process in which the group involved builds the discourse they intend to communicate, it is discussed a series of procedures, reinforcing the presence of an active audience that will allow the discussion of stereotyping and prejudice, specifically gender issues, present in the classroom.
