Abstract

The review focuses on the book Creating lifelong readers through independent reading which highlights the need to build independent readers to continue to improve their competence in reading and readers are frequent throughout life. They should be able to read without relying on other people, knowing search and select the texts carefully and to make reading activities involving all of his life. The school must take care to assure this level of student performance.
