Abstract

This article is part of more general categorical elements as alienated labor, proletarianization and sub-proletarianization work to present their reflex effects in teaching work in the field of Education Basic. Indicates a critical professionalization which is based on the acquisition of skills and a higher level of criticism, attempts to delineate the limits and validity of the strategy of professionalization as a refund of the autonomy of teachers. Acknowledges that professionalization is an alternative that is insurmountable limits. However, there are positive elements to justify its validity.
