Abstract

The curriculum stage is considered critical time in the formation of nursing students, providing real experiences that contribute to learning and developing of skills and competencies. These are subjected to evaluation processes with the participation of the professor and of the nurse supervisor, making the act of evaluating a still dynamic act and difficult to objectification. The object investigated was the evaluation process in curricular training of a nursing program, in order to identify and describe the experiences and difficulties experienced by teachers. This was an exploratory and descriptive study that had as data source, collected informations from interviews with 10 teachers. The results showed that teachers curricular supervisors, realize the importance that the discipline brings to the training of students as the time of preparation for the labor market and report their experiences in the evaluation done in conjunction with the nursing supervisor.
