Abstract

This is a qualitative, bibliographical/documentary research whit the objective of contextualize the problems faced with an indiscipline in the school in a situation that involves the students, the professionals of the education and the families; It addresses the problem of indiscipline in schools, the performance as difficulties that a school community has faced in recent years. Parents, teachers and technical and pedagogical staff suffer daily from the misbehavior of students, who by challenging a logic of school control, are labeled as incompetent, unprepared, minor offenders, because they do not adhere or discipline mode imposed by the school system. The effects are perceived in daily indiscipline in and out of school. This article approaches the contemporary scenario of public schools in Brazil, highlighting a relationship between student-school-family. The text also analyzes which behavioral factors interfere in the relations of students and their teachers in the classroom, the lack of interest in the study and the losses in the process of teaching and learning, for the construction of knowledge and the exercise of citizenship.
