Abstract

Systemize bibliographical research, a relation is considered enters some moments of the history of the Brazilian education and the educational politics, the intervention of the State and the consequences in the school. The argument is defended that the public politics in the country have been repetitive in the direction to defend the necessity of decentralization, quality and, more recently, democratization of the education. For in such a way, aspects are approached on the basis of history, in the philosophy and the sociology of the education, organized in a historical sequence whose purpose is so only to show the historical evolution of the educational politics to the point to explain why today the absence of abided state actions is lived more what effectively it would make difference in the educational scene: quality of what citizen learns itself in the school with sights to the emancipation.
