Abstract

The paper presents an analysis of the Final Document of National Conference on Education – CONAE 2010. The purpose of the article was discussed in which way the Conference responded to the historical struggle for collective spaces of deliberation. The implementation of the proposals presented CONAE and the final document would seem to indicate a recognition of the need to democratize the decisions in the educational system, recognizing the limits of this process. Considering this scenario in which CONAE held, fit some thoughts on their build process. To this end, the case will be the state of Paraná as vivid illustration on the issue.
