LEARNERS OF EARTH KNOWLEDGE-FIELD PROJOVEM IN THE PRACTICE OF FAMILY FARMING IN CIPOLÂNDIA/MS: SOCIAL INSERTION AND OPORTUNITY

Abstract

This article discusses the perception of young people aged 23 to 30 years of Cipolândia/MS  about the impact and contributions of the national programme for the inclusion of youth (Projovem) Field-Knowledge of the Earth to their social insertion and oportunização. We used the qualitative research as prospect of treatment of the object, through the interview as an instrument of data collection, from a screenplay previously prepared with semi-structured questions. The results showed that, although the PROJOVEM-Field: Knowledge of the Earth has as proposal the professional qualification and education for young farmers there are substantive issues still need to be addressed: the right to land, the structure of income-generating programmes, support and creation of instruments for the determination of the man in the field. In this sense, the perceptions of the subject interviewed, to the reality of Cipolândia/MS, provoked that social insertion and opportunity generated by the program is valid but very fragile.
