SFIDE E OPPORTUNITÀ PER GLI INCUBATORI UNIVERSITARI: UN'ANALISI INTEGRATIVA

Abstract

Questo articolo ha cercato di identificare le barriere e i facilitatori che gli incubatori universitari devono affrontare nei processi di collaborazione. Si tratta di una revisione integrativa della letteratura degli ultimi tre anni (2021-2023) utilizzando i database PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus e SAGE Journals. Dopo lo screening e i controlli di ammissibilità, tredici studi hanno soddisfatto i criteri di inclusione. Gli articoli esaminati comprendevano studi condotti nei continenti americano, europeo, asiatico e africano. I principali fattori legati all'alta efficienza indicano la formazione imprenditoriale nelle università, la cultura dell'insegnamento e dell'università, la cultura industriale/imprenditoriale e i veicoli di finanziamento. È chiaro che le differenze culturali, istituzionali e organizzative costituiscono un ostacolo a prestazioni di maggior successo. I programmi di formazione possono migliorare la comprensione dei valori e delle motivazioni e sviluppare le competenze per la ricerca, lo sviluppo e l'innovazione.
